The beginning of the evening is always the “Amuse-bouche” – a small gourmet dish that awakens the appetite and puts guests in the right mood before the feast to come. This exquisite appetizer remains carefully selected to match the theme of the evening.

After the first stage of the culinary journey, it’s time for an aromatic soup. A seasonal meal, composed from local ingredients. Fresh and full of flavor, soup is the perfect way to warm up the palate before the upcoming main course.

Two different culinary offerings await guests. Composed of the highest quality ingredients, carefully prepared, they allow you to savor in the essence of natural flavors. We serve both meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.

Next comes the “Intermezzo”. A light interlude that cleanses the taste buds and prepares you for the tasting of the next dish. Here is a moment that allows for a respite before the second main course appears on the tables.

At the end of the evening, we serve dessert, the perfect culmination of the culinary journey. Our desserts are a true juggernaut of an array of flavors and aromas – both sweet and sour.
