Two intimate rooms on the floor above Restaurant Toscania - 40 m² each, ideal for small conferences, trainings, presentations, board meetings and recruitment. One of them, the Terrace Room, has direct access to the terrace.
Intimate and close to the kitchen
The rooms for small conferences and business meetings are on the floor just above Restaurant Toscania. They are comfortable, well-lit interiors for smaller groups, where focus and a free exchange of ideas come easily.
Two rooms are available. The Intimate Room works in a horseshoe layout (up to 20 people), classroom (up to 35) or at a long table (up to 20). The Terrace Room offers a round table (up to 12), a classroom layout (up to 30) and a long-table one (up to 25), and its greatest asset is direct access to the terrace.
The restaurant's proximity means quick, smooth catering - coffee breaks and lunches appear without needless logistics. If needed, we combine the meeting with accommodation in the property's 24 rooms.

When a small room beats a large one. With a group of 12 to 20, a large hall works against the meeting: it scatters attention, swallows the conversation and makes eye contact harder. A compact room holds focus around the table - which is why it suits board meetings, strategy workshops and conversations where discretion matters.
Two rooms, in parallel if needed. You can book one or both: the second often serves as a recruitment base, a space for one-to-one conversations or a breakout room for a sub-group. During larger events they work as support rooms alongside the main conference hall.
Terrace and a break outdoors. One of the rooms opens onto a terrace - a few minutes outside between blocks genuinely resets a group, and in summer the coffee break naturally moves outdoors. It is a small thing that participants of full-day sessions remember.
